Deck Finally Under Construction!

Well, the deck was supposed to be done in June...and it is now Oct. 2nd. It was amazing the deck was still "hanging on," but I had attached many galvnized brackets to hold the railings together. That gained us another four years of use. It only took about two hours to dismantle the old deck. Construction of the new one is supposed to be two to three weeks, and since we haven't had any rain, we should be on schedule. This is where we were as of the morning of the 1st. The deck is the same size, but we did make a change at the top of the stairs. You can see the new patio is in chaos and the leaves are falling already!
