It has been six months since I last posted anything new on our blog. Crazy! The last several months have kept us busy with our family and little grandsons, Jackson & Ulysses, and our new pup, Tina. I'll try to do some catch up now and then hope to keep this blog current.
May 2009 was a very proud time for Dennis and me as our younger son, Scott, graduated from KU with two degrees: his JD from the School of Law, and his MBA from the School of Business. Scott started law school the morning after "walking the hill" for his BA from KU in May 2006. During his first year he decided to earn his MBA at the same time in a special program for law students. Scott's sister, Karen, her husband, Konrad, and son, Jackson, flew in from Lubbock. Susan's brother, Mark, drove in from Colorado, and her dad, Grandpa Jim, came from Topeka to attend the ceremonies and celebrate with Scott. Scott's older brother, Ryan, and his wife, 
Maisie, and son, Ulysses, couldn't attend as they had just arrived in D.C. after their move from Thailand. While everyone was in town, we attended a K.C. Royals game.
